The IsatPhone Pro firmware version 5.0.0 was released on 20 December 2011 and is now available! To check if you have the latest version on your IsatPhone Pro, select Menu > Settings > About on your IsatPhone Pro.
In this release, the key enhancement is the personal alert feature, which enables a user to send their GPS position, together with a short pre-configured message as an email or text message. The message can be addressed to a maximum of 10 recipients. A fix has been made to correctly support all Australian time zones.
